Home Depot

A.G. has done the concrete work on multiple Home Depot stores. Home Depot stores located in Newark, South Brunswick, and Mahwah are just some that we have recently done.

All three locations were new buildings ranging in size from 90,000 to 110,000 square feet. Scope included foundation, slab, loading docks, and concrete pavement driveway.

   

Arlington Suites

Arlington Suites is a 13 story structural concrete apartment building with a 2 level parking garage below. This project was a $8 million contract for A.G. Construction.

Our contract included all the concrete foundations, parking garage, and super structure concrete. This building was approximately 100,000 square feet.

   

Lowe's

A.G. Construction is no stranger to building Lowe's Retail stores. With having done stores in excess of 100,000 square feet successfully in Eatontown, Butler, Howell (pictured above), and Hampton we are confident we can meet the needs of our customers in a timely and efficient manner on any Lowe's store.

   

Diamond Beach

Diamond Beach Apartments is a 6 story 96 unit residential building with a 2 level 166 car parking garage beneath with one level below grade.

This project was worth just over $6.3 million for the concrete package which included foundation, parking structure, structural floors, and concrete on Hambro floors. This project consisted of approximately 325,000 square feet in total.

Chelsea Club

This project was an 11 story structural concrete luxury apartment building. This building was approximately 75,000 square feet.

Our contract included all the concrete work pertaining to the building such as foundations and superstructure. Our contract amount on this project was approximately $4.3 million.

Block 99 Redevlopment

This project is currently in progress. This project is a 6 story residential apartment building. Our contract encompasses the first 2 floors which are the structural concrete floors. The 1 st contains retail space and parking space and the 2 nd floor consists of more parking space and residential space. The two floors total approximately 143,000 square feet. Our contract value on this project is approximately $5.35 million.

   

Landings at Harborside

This project's concrete scope consisted of reinforced pile caps, grade beams, 45,000 square feet of slab on grade, piers and walls supporting a 45,000 square foot structural filigree slab for parking and transfer slab for a 5 story panel framed residential structure and a 26,000 square foot filigree slab for the landscaped court yard at the 3 rd floor.

In addition, this structure is integrally connected to a 2 story retail structure consisting of slab on grade and slab on metal deck. There is also numerous architectural stair cases at the connecting mews area and throughout the project. The concrete package for this project was worth approximately $5.2 million.

   

Vail Mansion

Vail Mansion is in progress. The Vail Mansion project consists of 6 story building of which we are contracted to do the 1 st and 2 nd levels which will be used for parking. The 2 nd level consists of post-tensioned beams in the structural concrete floor.

The parking garage floors total 54,500 square feet. The contract price for the Vail Mansion project was approximately $4 million.

   

Carriage City

The Carriage City project is in progress. It is a 16 story structure. It consists of pile caps, grade beams, concrete walls, columns and shear walls, and 16 floors of 9” thick reinforced concrete floors and a 5” thick concrete slab on grade.

It will be used for retail, hotel, and condominiums. The overall square footage including slab on grade and roof is 400,000 SF. The project price is $15,400,000

   


Henley on Hudson

The Henley on Hudson Project is currently in progress. It consists of 8 structures consisting of townhouses and condominiums. They are called Condo IV, Townhouse IV, Condo III, Townhouse III, Condo II, Townhouse II, Condo I, Townhouse I.

1) The condominium work consists of reinforced structural concrete walls, shear walls and columns from the ground floor to the first floor. The 2 nd floor is a 22” thick reinforced concrete transfer slab. The 3 rd , 4 th , 5 th , and 6 th floors consist of reinforced slabs placed on epic corrugated decking. There are also exterior concrete stairs and walls.

2) The townhouse work consists of reinforced structural concrete walls, shear walls, columns, exterior stair walls, planter walls, and stairs and landings. The 2 nd floor is a 14” thick reinforced concrete slab. The 3 rd and 4 th floor consists of 3” thick concrete slabs on Hambro system decking with wire mesh and minimal reinforcing.

3) In addition, between Condo II and Townhouse II, and Condo I and Townhouse I there is an 18” reinforced concrete terrace deck supported by concrete columns and shear walls which creates a parking structure underneath.

The project is split into eight separate contracts of which the total price for all eight contracts is $13,400,000

The Cliffs

The Cliffs project is in progress in its final stages. It consists of footings, rock footing, concrete walls, concrete shear walls and columns, 5” slab on grade for parking and a 5 story 9” thick reinforced concrete slabs supported by concrete columns and shear walls for condominiums.

Overall square footage of slab on grade, floors and roof is 250,000 SF. The project price is $7,400,000
